Merry Christmas!
Mel and I are up in Maine at Spruce Hill Farm for the week, where we are being forced to eat delicious food, drink tea, and wine, play games, eat cookies, and sit by the fire with a good book. It's very difficult.
This is actually a day-after-Christmas salad, but it's seriously festive.
I hope that you (our friends, family, and random web surfers) are enjoying similar torture.
